EDUCATIONAL BACKWARDNESS IS WORST BACKWARDNESS!
Right to dignified life is fundamental right and this right passes through education and so every citizen of India, in fact every human, has equal fundamental right to take not only basic education but also higher education with equal opportunity for all for such higher education irrespective of anybody's any form of backwardness, whether social backwardness, economic backwardness or political backwardness. This is because educational backwardness is the worst backwardness. Only learned human mind is capable of making human body rich in all respects.
