*MEANING OF TOLERANCE AND INTOLERANCE IN LAW*
(1) To err is human. But human errors are of two types viz. civil error and criminal error. There is no question of any tolerance in case of criminal error. The reaction to criminal error is never with half anger. It is always with full anger and force of full anger is always criminal. In short, criminal error will have to face criminal reaction with criminal intolerance. There is no such thing as criminal tolerance.
(2) On the other hand, the reaction to civil error is a complex reaction involving question of criminal tolerance and civil intolerance. Such reaction is of civil nature involving half anger in civil sense and half forgiveness in criminal sense. For example, adultery by spouse will have to face civil reaction of divorce and not criminal reaction of suicide or murder.
(3) The natural sense is rational sense. It is necessary to recognize the nature or character of mistake before responding in reaction to such mistake. Your irrational reaction to other's mistake should not voluntarily invite you trouble by converting your irrational response itself as new mistake. Be rational, be natural! *Adv.Baliram More*
