(1) The feeling of shame in doing shameful things is natural feeling of human mind because modesty is special characteristic of human mind. All things are not felt shameful by human mind. For example, drinking of water when thirsty is not shameful act for human mind. But cheating of human person is shameful act for human mind.
(2) The human law, whether civil or criminal, lies within higher inspiration of human mind to live as top ecological human being and not within lower temptation of human mind to live as lower ecological animal.
(3) So long as shame for temptation of being lower animal remains alive within human mind, human law shall continue to live within human society. But once such shame dies within human mind and maximum number of people do not feel ashamed of for being shameless, the human law will die its own death.
(4) The shameful acts of shameless persons die with their death and hence criminal cases of being shameless abate with death of such shameless persons. In short, shame is test of human law. -Adv.Baliram More
