*JUDGMENT ON SEX IN LAW*
If man is drunk and woman is also drunk and drunk man does sex with drunk woman when that woman allegedly says no to sex in her drunken state, should that no to sex by that drunken woman be believed by law as no to sex just because that woman says so when she recovers from her intoxicated state without believing man who says that it was yes to sex from that woman when he also recovers from that intoxicated state? There is no evidence of any kind as to what happened in that hot drink and hot sex bedroom.
To give valid judgment on this point of law, law must drink liquor, go in that intoxicated state for sensing real and give its valid judgment after recovering from such intoxicated state on point of real sex in law. *Adv Baliram More*
