The intellectual misunderstanding is the cause of inter human civil disputes. The civil minded human brains invented concept of civil law for settlement/resolution of such civil disputes through civil non-violent process of removing intellectual misunderstanding between different human brains. But when civil law based on such concept of human brain fails to settle/resolve such civil disputes, what follows is criminal law in silencing of criminal war between confused minds fought mainly on the basis of physical strength carrying aggressive power. Does such criminal war and its criminal law succeed in removing intellectual misunderstanding is a debatable question?
