(1) The reservation in favour of socially backward class is a control remedy to control incurable chronic disease of deep rooted caste system spread within society. This is the reason why reservation for socially backward class suffering for long time from said chronic disease called caste system is made compulsory with guarantee coming directly from Indian Constitution.
(2) On the other hand, the concession in favour of economic backward class is a curative remedy necessary for curing curable disease of economic backwardness, from which members of any class, whether socially forward class or socially backward class, may suffer and hence the concession to economic backward class is kept optional at the discretion of State and NOT guaranteed by Indian Constitution.
(3) The reasons for establishing legal difference between reservation and concession are made clear by well drafted Indian Constitution and they need to be understood by reading Indian Constitution in depth.
(4) Let the Indian society destroy its caste mentality responsible for creating inhuman difference between people based on birth in particular caste and NOT based on merit and then reservation will automatically disappear from Indian Constitution by unanimous resolution adopted by people of India for amendment in Indian Constitution for permanent removal of reservation provision from said Constitution. The permanent removal of caste system from Indian society can lead to true unity and progress of Indian nation. Such removal of caste system will be true patriotism for India. It is beyond doubt that so long as people of India do not throw their caste mentality in ocean, the reservation shall continue in Indian Constitution. -Adv.B.S.More
