BASIC ELEMENTS AND ORNAMENTAL FEATURES OF HUMAN MIND AND LAW:
(1) The human mind is instinctively selfish and intellectually shrewd. Instinctive selfishness and instinctive intelligence are therefore basic elements of human mind. The emotional selflessness with fine qualities of love, kindness, compassion, generosity, morality etc. along with emotional intelligence are only the ornamental features of human mind.
(2) The law meant for governing motion of human mind and human body in environment therefore concentrates more on basic elements of human mind and less on ornamental features of human mind. The right to basic life survival is basic foundation of human life, which lives in company with basic elements of human mind and the right to dignified life is basic structure of human life, which lives in company with ornamental features of human mind. -Adv.B.S.More
