(1) The fact of diversity of Nature is ruled by Nature's principle of division of power to avoid monopoly of power within central control of any matter evolved by Nature. Such central control lies only within domain of Nature.
(2) Since human species are evolved by Nature, they cannot run away from rule of Nature. This is the reason why modern democratic governments of people follow natural principle of division of power for ruling over people with three basic organs of such democratic government viz. Legislature holding limited law making power, Executive holding limited law executing power and Judiciary holding limited law adjudicating power. No single organ of such government holds any absolute ruling power.
(3) An advocate is professionally learned person holding law advocating power within human society and before Judiciary in particular, although advocate can perform role of advocate even before quasi judicial authorities of Executive organ of democratic government.
(4) The real test of advocate's advocacy power comes in challenge when advocate falls into trap of double role with sandwiched position viz. serving private interest of client, on one hand and serving public interest of justice, as all time responsible officer of court of law/judiciary, on another hand. This power test becomes more live and more challenging for a private or defence advocate receiving professional fee from his private client, while not receiving any such remuneration from Judiciary to which he is finally accountable. Such private advocate in spite of collecting his professional fee from his private client is prohibited by law from becoming servant of his private client while serving private interest of such client. Now, can anybody say that advocate's job is a simple job? Not only advocate, but nobody's role is simple in this complexly diverse world.
(5) Friends, please understand that Nature's diversity is very complex and each one has to face this complexity of Nature with one's own natural strength and weakness. All are inter dependent upon each other and nobody can claim to be King of this diverse world ruled by principle of division of power.
