(1) We talk big about law. But what is actually law in human sense for human action? I find this human law in human convenience.
(2) The human intelligence has wisely found out that if hardness of science of Nature cannot be changed to make it soft, then opt for alternate convenient way available within such science for controlling such hardness to make it bearable. In this natural sense, the law meant for human application is nothing but alternate convenient way found by human intelligence within science for making human life comfortable for individual as well as collective social living. For example, if wild animals such as lions, tigers etc. cannot be made to change their original wilderness, then put them in safely fenced forest or zoo. This is an intelligent way of controlling wilderness of wild animals since there is no cure found within science to finish such wilderness. It simply means that if there is no medicine for curing any disease, then find out the medicine for controlling such disease.
(3) But even science of Nature is not hard all the way. There is also some in built softness within such science. The social and moral sense is one example of such softness found within science of Nature. The divinity of God and related spiritualism has its source within this softness of Nature. The religion mainly concentrates on this spiritual softness of Nature leaving science to concentrate more on material hardness of Nature. Both are truths of Nature.
(4) In the midst of aforesaid hard and soft truths of Nature, the law for human application lies in alternate convenient way of making human life comfortable for its individual and social living as found within science of Nature. The convenience is thus human law. -Adv.B.S.More
