DISMISSAL IN LIMINE IS DESTRUCTION IN LIMINE!
Nobody is higher in system than almighty creator of system. Other religions such as Christian, Muslim etc. believe in one God as almighty creator and ruler, but Hindu religion believes in one almighty God as well as in three other Gods viz. Lord Brahma as generator within Nature, Lord Vishnu as operator within Nature and Lord Mahesh as destroyer within Nature. These three Gods are only top heads of system within Nature with equal power and equal importance and they are always below almighty God. They being equal cannot supersede each other. For example, Lord Mahesh as God of destruction cannot undertake destruction within Nature at his own will by superseding Lord Brahma and Lord Vishnu and ultimately without final green signal from almighty God.
In the context of modern democratic government, legislative body of such government is generator of law, executive body of such government is operator of law and judicial body of such government is destroyer of flaw coming in the way of law. Thus, judiciary is destroyer of flaw and injustice and not law and justice. In this judicial sense, even the highest judiciary called Hon'ble Supreme Court cannot claim constitutional right to dismiss any writ petition or public interest litigation in limine that is without giving any reason of flaw and injustice found by such judiciary within such writ petition or public interest litigation. Any such dismissal in limine by single word "dismissed" is nothing but destruction of law and justice in limine. It should be kept in mind that legislature, executive and judiciary are three equally important and equally powerful bodies of government of people called democratic state and people are ultimately the almighty power over and above these three bodies of such State. -Adv.B.S.More
