BASIC STRUCTURE OF CONSTITUTION?
The constitution of country being highest law of country itself is basic framework of law of such country within which all government policies with their covering laws have to pass through. In this sense, constitution itself is basic structure of law built on its foundation viz. collective wish of citizens of country.
I do not remember any principle of jurisprudence permitting creation of special basic structure within general basic structure of constitution by any special judicial interpretation of this point of law by highest court of country called Supreme Court. -Adv.B.S.More
