(1) I got attracted to legal profession with passion for law mainly because of famous saying of law viz. Be you ever so high, the law is above you! But frankly speaking, my experience from practice of law turned to different reality. I may be proved wrong by some advocates and some people by their own independent experience, but my side of Truth in Law is something different.
(2) It is my own thinking that law should not remain hidden in law text books and judgment report books. The law should flow with its powerful current openly like live flow of river or ocean water. Everybody should feel need of law. In fact, nobody should be able to breath life without law. Unfortunately, people come to advocates when there is some break in law or some violation of law. This happens when some crooks succeed in proving themselves as more powerful than law. The people do not come to advocates in normal course for understanding of law and for following up of law.
(3) It is my straight question to my brother and sister advocates viz. how many of you are really busy in practice of law with rational earning of money from such practice? It is not only your own survival, but survival of your families is also dependent upon your monetary earning from practice of law. You just cannot pretend to be happy by wearing black coats and white bands and sitting in law courts waiting for law work from clients. In my view, each advocate learned in law is judgment in himself or herself and therefore legal opinions from advocates should carry weight similar to judgments of law courts. Unfortunately, as said hereinabove the people come to advocates when there is break in or violation of law.
(4) The law starts its work from stage of individual self and expands itself to home, society, nation and giant world. The law has giant scope covering whole world and the law is super power controlling whole world. I may be wrong, but I feel that if advocates learned in law remain workless because of lawless mentality of people then law cannot live with its famous saying viz.
