NO ENRICHMENT WITHOUT INTELLIGENCE!
(1) Physical fitness is precondition of life survival and intellectual fitness is precondition of life enrichment. Nothing surprising if extra ordinarily intelligent poor become extra rich than ordinarily intelligent poor while fighting for survival and enrichment rights of both.
