(1) The law is a procedure containing logical idea or logical principle of motion towards satisfaction of instinct of justice. Thus the body of law is clothed with idea of logic or principle of logic and the mind of law is charged with reason of justice. The justice itself is the spirit or soul of law. In other words, the law is a principled instrument carrying spirit of justice.
(2) It is pertinent to note that the scattered people in a democratic set up of government have divided body, mind and motion of law in three directions viz. body of law is reserved for its formation or constitution by legislature of people, motion of law is reserved for its execution by executive of people and mind of law with its spirit of justice is reserved for its satisfaction by judiciary of people. This divided journey of law scattered in three directions with three artificial instruments of law as aforesaid becomes the scattered journey of law as true representative of scattered people.
(3) The principle of separation of power in law and the principle of concentration of power in law are badly sandwiched between the logic of democracy with its principle of separation of power in law meant for establishing the rule of law with chaos of division and the logic of dictatorship with its principle of concentration of power in law meant for establishing the rule of law with tyranny of union. -Adv.B.S.More
