LAW USELESS WITHOUT FACT!
Law is just an useless instrument without fixed target of law called identified fact. Let soldier be highly learned and trained in firing loaded gun at targets of nuisance, he will get confused if he is told to fire his gun in sky by himself finding invisible targets of nuisance in air. Same is the case with a lawyer learned in law. Such lawyer cannot practice law in absence of facts with perfect proof of their existence for application of relevant law to such well identified facts. -Adv.B.S.More
