RETROSPECTIVE EFFECT OF NEW LAW!
The laws made by government of people are man made and not God made or Nature made in perfect natural sense and therefore they cannot be absolute and therefore the retrospective implementation of new law is always challengeable. For example, the 2020 year's ban of Indian government against chinese apps such at Tiktok can only be prospective and not retrospective. Take the case of an artist whose self art videos made on Tiktok app prior to ban cannot be stopped by Indian government from getting published on you tube which is not banned by government of India. The artist removed Tiktop app and also removed all his art videos being his own intellectual property from his mobile phone after ban. But artist uploaded said videos on you tube within check and control of Indian government so that government can check and remove said product automatically by automatic control system, if such videos are found to be against law. It is an humble trial of artist for saving his intellectual property on you tube if found alright by government. Actually, such art is
an Indian product made on chinese machine (Tiktop app) which was not banned in past at the time of its creation. Now that chinese machine is out by its ban but Indian product is uploaded on Indian machine viz. You Tube which is within control of government of India. Such Indian product may continue to show that past label of Tiktok but currently it is carried by India controlled and permitted platform or machine viz. You Tube. How can such upload be treated as against Tiktok Ban Law is question of law?
