Economics of survival cannot proceed without politics of control involving regulated maintenance of of essential supplies of goods and services essential for basic survival community life. This politics of control cannot proceed without support of coercive or deterrent force capable of removing nuisance causing elements and/or without destroying destructive elements from lawful economic and political system.
