CIVIL LAW AND CRIMINAL LAW!
The civil law is ocean of interactive flow between diverse things governed by permissive civil norms meant for promoting smooth and rhythmic interaction between things AND restrictive civil conditions meant for stopping civil obstructions in the way of smooth and rhythmic interaction between things. Any obstructive civil breach of restrictive civil conditions is act of civil wrong called tort which is rectified by civil remedies of civil law.
On the other hand any offensive or destructive attack against civil law including destructive criminal breach of restrictive civil conditions of civil law and/or any offensive or destructive attack against criminal law including destructive criminal breach of prohibitory criminal conditions of criminal law is act of criminal offence called crime which is punishable by criminal remedies of criminal law!
