NATION!
The nation is an artificial institution created by union of people under the law of nation called constitution. This institution remains the notional owner and director of the wealth and resources of nation including people who continue as members of this institution. These members are allowed to own and enjoy the national wealth and resources of nation privately but subject to the restrictions and conditions of the law of nation called constitution. The united maintenance & protection of such wealth & resources is the condition precedent for this private ownership and enjoyment. The people may come by birth and go by death but the nation remains alive & constant all time. This is the truth with any artificial institution. The institution created by people can be dissolved only by people and this happens when there is a breakdown in the union of people.
