(1) Who is real commander of law, whether people of country, elected representatives of people, selected executives of law, selected judicial officers, constitution of country or system of law established by constitution of country or Nature?
(2) This question of law comes to mind after reading of two news reported by Indian media viz. (1) news of open public firing of one lady IPS officer in Uttar Pradesh by one M.L.A. of ruling party bringing tears in her eyes before media camera and (2) news of Kolkatta High Court judge convicting Chief Justice and other seven judges of Supreme Court of India under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Atrocities Prohibition Law in answer to contempt action taken by Supreme Court against said High Court judge.
(3) These two news bring internal conflict between legislative power of law, executive power of law and judicial power of law in limelight and expose the truth that so long as Nature remains hidden as supreme commander of law, the question as to who is real commander of law is going to confuse human minds. -Adv.Baliram More
