विचारधारा कोणतीही असो, आस्तिक-धार्मिक असो की नास्तिक-धर्मनिरपेक्ष असो, भांडवलशाही-आर्थिक असो की साम्यवादी- आर्थिक असो, त्यामागे धूर्त राजकारण असेल किंवा ती जर लोकांना हिंसक बनवित असेल तर ती धोकादायकच मानली पाहिजे. विचाराने क्रांती होते म्हणे! पण लोकांच्या हिंसक वृत्तीला प्रोत्साहन देणारा कोणताही क्रांतिकारक विचार हा भयंकर विध्वंसकच असतो. माणसाची मूळ नैसर्गिक वृत्ती जर हिंसक असेल तर त्या मूळ नैसर्गिक वृत्तीला अहिंसक व सुसंस्कृत वळण देणारी विचारधारा हीच श्रेष्ठ विचारधारा होय!

SCIENCE MY PASSION

LAW IS MY PROFESSION, BUT SCIENCE IS MY PASSION!

(1) Friends, old and new, please note that this is my new facebook account. My old facebook account is under deletion process now. My decision to delet old account was sad decision because I had about 5000 friends and many followers there and around 200 friends were active all the time reading my posts regularly and liking them too. But that account lateron got spoiled by political and religious comments from some mischivous people calling themselves as my friends which comments were provocative and insulting. This forced me to close that account permanently even at the cost of some good friends.

(2) This new account is private and only selected few are admitted. I am a lawyer of 63 years of mature age having 32 years of law practice. Actually, I am forced in the legal profession by circumstance. But from school days science was my very interesting subject and I had scored distinctive marks in general science and physics-chemistry subjects in old S.S.C. examination (old 11th standard) and wanted to become a doctor. But due to very poor and uneducated background of my family I was adviced by some school friends not to go for science college and accordingly I selected commerce faculty reluctantly. After passing B.Com.(Hons.) from Podar College of Commerce, I did ICSI course of two years in Intermediate Company Secretary and finally I did LL.B. course of three years from Government Law College. I entered in law practice on 19th March, 1988 by force of circumstance as NDDB a central government organization where I was working as accounts assistant had to close its unit viz. Indian Dairy Corporation and I was compelled by circumstance to take premature voluntary retirement. I became a lawyer in 1988 because I decided not to do job anymore and remain as independent lawyer. But if I could have continued in NDDB service, I would not have become a lawyer.

(3) Now in old age I am satisfying my desire of learning science after drop in that learning at the end of my secondary school education by joining some international science groups on facebook and that is the reason you may find many science posts being shared by me here from said groups. This is because although law is my profession, the science is my passion. The lawyer is actually jack of all if master of none. He or she is generalist and specialist. Even otherwise, the law itself is a part of science of Nature.

(4) At the fag end of life, let me all tell you that my presence here on face book is not for any wish that anybody of you should read and like my posts. I have long experience of around 5 years about social media. It is a fantasy world. But I do not live in fantasy. I am real and my thoughts are real. It is left to the readers to become real like me or not. Even otherwise, facts, reality differ from person to person. Like science, writing is also my passion and I am satisfying that passion by using facebook as my writing pad. It was never and it will never be my botheration whether anybody of you like my posts or not! My passion shall continue in the midst of all odds. I am ending this note with thought of one philosopher namely LEARNING NEVER EXHAUSTS THE MIND! -Leonardo da Vinci!

TRUTH OF NATURE

TRUTH OF NATURE BOTH BITTER AND SWEET!

The roses as well as thorns along with roses are both truth of Nature. While the roses are sweet truth of Nature, the thorns are bitter truth of Nature. The path towards roses is thorny. The thorny path is actually war path full of obstructions and challenges. If the life is truth of Nature, birth and death are two sides of such truth which two sides are also truth of Nature. The birth represents bright or sweet side of life and death represents dark or bitter side of life. The life is thus sandwiched between sweet and bitter sides of life. The life has only temporary presence within Nature and similarly sweet and bitter sides of life also have their temporary presence within Nature. How do you look at this truth of Nature? Just take the example of glass half filled with water and half empty without water. The glass may be taken as the representative of life, half part of glass filled with water may be taken as sweet side of life and half part of glass empty without water may be taken as bitter side of life. All these three things viz. glass (life), half water filled part of glass (sweet side of life) and half empty or waterless part of glass (bitter side of life) are all truth of Nature. The Nature provides food for life preservation and this is sweet side of life truth of Nature. But Nature endangeres life with germs and viruses some of which are deadly (take the example of present novel corona or covid-19 virus of the year 2019). However, then surprisingly the Nature also provides relief from such germs and viruses by providing disease preventive and/curative drugs or medicines. This biological war against life threatening diseases is actually forced by Nature and this war path for saving life is bitter side of life which is actually the bitter truth of Nature. Should we praise Nature as God for being good in creating sweet truth of Nature and blame Nature as Devil for being bad in creating bitter truth of Nature? The answer is left to the wisdom or intelligence of human brain which is also truth of Nature.

SCIENTIFIC CONSENSUS!

I believe in the worldwide scientific consensus. Let us keep politics out of scientific discussion. Some shrewd and ill-motivated politicians misuse not only religion but also science for their political interests. This is only my personal opinion.

विज्ञान तंत्रज्ञान

विज्ञानाची टिंगलटवाळी?

मानवी मेंदूला झालेले निसर्गाचे ज्ञान म्हणजेच विज्ञान व या ज्ञानाचा म्हणजे विज्ञानाचा मानवी मेंदूकडून करण्यात येणारा प्रत्यक्ष सराव म्हणजे तंत्रज्ञान! या तंत्रज्ञानावरील सामाजिक नियंत्रण म्हणजे कायदा, अर्थात कायदा हा तंत्रज्ञानाचाच एक भाग आहे. परंतु विज्ञान रूपात निसर्गाचे ज्ञान मिळवायला व त्याचा तंत्रज्ञान व कायद्याच्या माध्यमातून प्रत्यक्ष सराव करायला अर्थात विज्ञानावरील आधारित तंत्रज्ञान राबवायला मानवी मेंदूच्या काही नैसर्गिक मर्यादा आहेत. पण विज्ञान व तंत्रज्ञान विषयक स्वतःचे अज्ञान झाकून ठेवीत व मानवी मेंदूच्या त्याविषयीच्या नैसर्गिक मर्यादा लक्षात न घेता काही महाभाग विज्ञान, तंत्रज्ञान व कायद्याची टिंगलटवाळी करतात तेंव्हा त्यांची कीव येते. विज्ञान विषयक अज्ञान व मर्यादा या गोष्टी धार्मिक अंधश्रध्दा निर्माण करण्यास कारणीभूत ठरतात.
