RESPECT JUDGES!
Let people know law both in letter and spirit before criticizing judges and their judgments. If ignorance of law is no excuse, how can judgment in law be excuse? But judges should allow fair criticism coming from common sense of common man with due respect to judges judicial chair even if such common man does not have that special sense (I mean letter and spirit sense) in law!

अज्ञानी झुंडीपासून सावधान!
अज्ञानातून भय निर्माण होते व भयातून हिंसा, म्हणून तर बिनविषारी सापांची विषारी साप समजून हत्या केली जाते. म्हणून अज्ञानी, अंधश्रध्द, अफवेने भयग्रस्त असलेल्या झुंडीपासून सावधान! जिथे अशा झुंडींचे प्रमाण जास्त तिथला निसर्ग कितीही चांगला वाटला तरी त्या ठिकाणी प्रवास टाळा!

विषाणू माणसाचे मित्र?
निर्जीव पदार्थांपासून सजीवांची उत्पत्ती होताना निर्जीव व सजीव यांच्या सीमारेषेवरील अर्ध निर्जीव व अर्ध सजीव असलेले प्रोटीनयुक्त असंख्य विषाणू हे घटक त्यांच्या आर.एन.ए. सह सजीवांच्या डी.एन.ए. चे मित्र कसे झाले व त्यांच्या या मैत्रीतूनच सजीवांची उत्क्रांती कशी झाली हा लाखो वर्षांपूर्वीचा उत्क्रांती इतिहास खरंच रोमांचकारक! हा इतिहास जीवशास्त्र विज्ञानाच्या जैवतंत्रज्ञान व औषधनिर्माण शास्त्र विषयांत अभ्यासला जातो. जगात कोरोना विषाणूने कहर मांडला असताना या संदर्भातील एक बातमी दिनांक २० एप्रिल, २०२० च्या टाईम्स अॉफ इंडिया वृत्तपत्रात वाचली आणि आश्चर्याने मन थक्क झाले. खरंच किती अवघड करून टाकलेय हे जीवन निसर्गाने? अशा या निसर्गाची देव म्हणून आध्यात्मिक आराधना तरी कशी करावी? पण देव संकल्पना मनातून जाता जात नाही आणि मग माझे आस्तिक मन "हे परमेश्वरा, ओम् शांती" असे म्हणतेच!

वृध्दापकाळातील शहाणपणा!
पुढच्या महिन्यात २७ जून रोजी ६३ वर्षे पूर्ण करून मी ६४ व्या वर्षात पदार्पण करणार. या कोरोना विषाणूने लॉकडाऊनच्या काळात मला अंतर्मुख केले आणि स्वतःचा विचार करायला भाग पाडले. माझ्या म्हाताऱ्या शरीराचे आता पूर्वीसारखे खाण्यापिण्याचे लाड नकोत की या शरीराला पूर्वीसारखा जड व्यायाम नको. या वयात या गोष्टी म्हणजे शरीराचे चोचले नव्हे तर वृध्द शरीराची चैनच झाली. साधे, हलके फुलके खाणे व हलका फुलका व्यायाम आता पुरेसा! तसेच माझ्या म्हाताऱ्या मेंदूचे आता पूर्वीसारखे अती विचाराचे चोचले नकोत. या उतार वयात अती खोलातला, अती लांबचा विचार करणे ही तर वृध्द मेंदूची चैनच झाली. हलका फुलका विचार, जगाकडे सहजसाध्या नजरेने बघणे हेच आता ठीक! भूतकाळ हा भूतकाळ असतो. तो पुन्हा पुन्हा आठवून काही उपयोग नसतो. भूतकाळातील कटू आठवणींना उजाळा देणे म्हणजे म्हाताऱ्या मेंदूला उगाच ताप देणे. तसेच भूतकाळातील रम्य आठवणींत रमणे म्हणजे उतार वयातील शरीर व मनाला न झेपणाऱ्या जुन्या आकर्षणांना कवटाळून बसणे. अशा व यासह अनेक आकर्षणांचा व अशा बऱ्याच गोष्टींचा त्याग करणे हाच वृध्दापकाळातील शहाणपणा!
काम, क्रोध, लोभ जवळ मी केला
मद, मोह, मत्सर उगाच का केला
जगाचा लांब खोल विचार अती केला
संसार स्वतःचा उगाच दुबळा केला
बाळू म्हणे आता सोड विचार जगाचा
अंत जवळ आला आता घोर कशाचा?

DEATH AND EXPIRY!
When human person's life comes to an end by accident, disease, murder etc. prematurely, a person can be said to be "died" and when human person's life comes to an end by aging after full living, a person can be said to be "expired". The word "expired" is proper in latter case because human life gets finished by reaching to working expiry point.

CYCLIC TRANSFORMATION TAKES PLACE AUTOMATICALLY BY FORCE OF NATURE!
(1) If you keenly observe the motion of things in and around, you will find that total matter and total energy of three basic non-living things viz. air, land and water and all other living things viz. plants, birds, animals including human beings evolved by Nature on earth planet remain constant or same all time. What happens to these things is only their cyclic transformation in the form of their cyclic reproduction and cyclic reconsumption from the same original things having same total matter and same total energy all time. This cyclic transformation or simply recycling takes place or happens automatically by flow of energy under force of Nature.
(2) The ocean water is boiled by sun's heat energy and rain water is showered on earth from sky in cyclic motion, plants, flowers, fruits, grains are reproduced in cyclic motion, birds and animals including human beings get reproduced by sexual interaction in cyclic motion. This cyclic reproduction happens automatically by flow of energy under force of Nature. The things cyclicly reproduced themselves reconsume such reproduction in cyclic motion. This cyclic reconsumption also happens automatically by flow of energy under force of Nature. The human knowledge about such cyclic reproduction and such cyclic reconsumption gets reproduced in cyclic motion from generation to generation through cyclic education process.
(3) In short, actions and reactions of all things on earth are cyclic and they are enforced automatically by force of Nature. We are just pushed by force of Nature to do things in cyclic motion. This is science of Nature on earth which is stable with some ups and downs happening within such science by force of Nature. The cyclic transformation is stable change and ups and downs within such cyclic transformation is unstable change. These changes are forced by Nature and human brain has no control over them.

LAWYER'S MASTERY!
Lawyer is said to be jack of all but master of none and this creates a problem for lawyer. The law is not technology. It is only philosophy giving right direction to technology. It is often found that while lawyer masters knowledge in law and gets right direction, he does not master technology. Such position is like that of railway engine having track to run and destination to go, but not having internal machinery and fuel that can make engine run on track and move towards destination. It is therefore very much necessary for lawyer that while mastering law for knowing right direction of motion, lawyer should also concentrate on mastering technology of collecting and using materials of world.
