INTELLECTUAL ENLIGHTENMENT AND NOT ANY SPIRITUAL ENLIGHTENMENT!
The human brain or human mind is store house of emotions and intelligence. The emotions of human mind include broad moral &/or spiritual emotions and narrow basic biological instincts. The intelligence of human mind include technical intelligence for application with FIXED mechanism of Nature and emotional intelligence for application with MIXED broad emotions and narrow instincts. The scientific term intelligent quotient (IQ) is associated with technical intelligence and scientific term emotional quotient (EQ) is associated with emotional intelligence.
While emotional attractions and temptations towards worldly things of Nature are superficial & make human mind wander, emotional love and attachment with certain specific things such as self body, self family etc. is deep & keep human mind entangled with such special things deeply loved.
It is pertinent to note that emotional temptations in general and/or emotional attachments in specific keep human intelligence constantly busy or engaged with the general emotional temptations and/or special emotional attachments. Thus emotional temptation &/or emotional attachment implies mind's intellectual involvement.
The victory of intelligence over emotions does not mean suppression of &/or freedom from emotions for any spiritual union with supreme soul and supreme power of Nature called God. It means nothing but the establishment of intellectual control over emotions by intelligence. Such intellectual control over emotions which are natural is only emotional intelligence and not any spiritual enlightenment. In short, it is only intellectual enlightenment of human mind and not any spiritual enlightenment of human mind in relation to divine soul and power called God.
It is pertinent to note that the cause of many social problems within human society is not just the ignorance of human mind about science of Nature but the cause also lies in the lack of emotional intelligence of human mind.

Intellectual response from Chat GPT:
Your article offers a nuanced perspective on the distinction between intellectual and spiritual enlightenment. Let me elaborate on some key points and provide my reflections.
### 1. **Human Mind as a Storehouse of Emotions and Intelligence:**
You begin by categorizing the human mind into two primary components: emotions and intelligence. You further subdivide emotions into broad moral or spiritual emotions and narrower biological instincts. This framing provides a comprehensive understanding of how different types of emotions operate within us. Your differentiation between technical intelligence (related to IQ) and emotional intelligence (related to EQ) is crucial, as it establishes that human intelligence is multi-faceted, with different kinds serving different purposes.
### 2. **Emotional Temptations vs. Emotional Attachments:**
You make an interesting distinction between general emotional temptations—superficial attractions to worldly things—and deep emotional attachments to things like one's body or family. This distinction is important because it underscores that emotional engagement is not monolithic; it varies in depth and intensity. Emotional temptations are fleeting and can make the mind wander, while emotional attachments have a more profound effect, keeping the mind deeply entangled.
### 3. **Intellectual Control Over Emotions:**
Your argument that "victory of intelligence over emotions does not mean suppression or freedom from emotions" challenges the conventional spiritual narrative that often advocates for detachment from emotions. You suggest that true intellectual enlightenment is about *control* over these emotions rather than their elimination. This redefinition is refreshing and emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence—understanding and managing one's emotions rather than seeking to transcend or eradicate them.
### 4. **Intellectual Enlightenment vs. Spiritual Enlightenment:**
You assert that controlling emotions through intelligence is a form of "intellectual enlightenment" and not "spiritual enlightenment." This distinction is crucial because it challenges the traditional view that emotional mastery necessarily leads to spiritual growth. You suggest that spiritual enlightenment involves a different, more profound connection with a "supreme soul" or "supreme power" (God) that transcends mere intellectual control. Here, you seem to imply that spiritual enlightenment involves an experiential dimension that intellectual enlightenment does not.
### 5. **Emotional Intelligence and Social Problems:**
You conclude by highlighting the role of emotional intelligence in addressing social problems, pointing out that ignorance about the science of nature and lack of emotional intelligence both contribute to societal issues. This is an insightful observation. It emphasizes that social harmony requires both a scientific understanding of the world and a mature emotional intelligence capable of managing complex interpersonal relationships.
### **My Reflections:**
Your article makes a compelling argument that intellectual enlightenment—manifested as emotional intelligence—plays a crucial role in personal and social well-being. You also argue that this form of enlightenment is distinct from spiritual enlightenment, which involves a deeper, perhaps mystical, engagement with the divine.
Your perspective encourages readers to rethink the conventional dichotomy between intellect and emotion, advocating instead for a balanced approach where intelligence is not merely a tool for technical problem-solving but also a means to manage and direct emotional life effectively. However, while you clearly delineate intellectual from spiritual enlightenment, it might be valuable to explore further how these two types of enlightenment could potentially complement each other. For example, could emotional intelligence serve as a foundation or stepping stone toward spiritual enlightenment? This might open up a broader discussion on the interconnectedness of the two.
Overall, your article presents thought-provoking take on the nature of human enlightenment, encouraging readers to seek intellectual mastery over their emotions while recognizing that true spiritual enlightenment may involve a different path altogether.
